This is a rotational role covering Guest Relations, Lodge Administration, and Safari Shop management, perfect for a hands-on, guest-focused professional who thrives in a high-end hospitality environment. ✨ What they will be doing * Welcoming and farewelling guests, knowing them by name and understanding their personal needs * Hosting guests at meals and ensuring guest delight across all touchpoints * Coordinating activities, transfers, and special requests with guides, butlers, and housekeeping * Assisting with room allocation, check-outs, invoicing, and lodge administration * Supporting monthly planning, training, and staff scheduling * Overseeing stock management, operational smalls, and maintenance * Promoting a culture of going the extra mile for guests and staff * Participating in meetings, disciplinary procedures, and community engagement initiatives ? Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within luxury lodge operations * Computer literate with strong organisational and communication skills * Guest-focused, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure ?
