? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting on behalf of a boutique safari lodge situated in the Waterberg, for an experienced, personable, and guest-focused ????? ??????? & ????????? ???????. You will own the full guest journey - from pre-arrival communication to personalised check-out - welcoming guests, conducting lodge and safety briefings, and acting as their primary contact throughout their stay. On the administrative side, the role covers PMS management, daily activity sheets, guest profiles, invoicing, cash-up, room-readiness checks, stock control, and lodge compliance with SOPs, health and safety, and guest data protection requirements. The property is celebrated for its warm hospitality, exceptional attention to detail, and authentic connection to the African bushveld. The successful candidate will become a central pillar of the guest experience, operating in a setting where excellence in service is not just expected - it is lived every day. Requirements: • A minimum of 3 years of solid, hands-on experience in a 4- or 5-star lodge or safari camp environment; previous exposure to a boutique or owner-operated property is a strong advantage. • A demonstrable track record in guest relations, front-of-house management, or reservations within a high-end or personally managed hospitality property. • Exceptional written and spoken English; articulate, well-spoken, and able to adapt communication style for guests from a wide range of international backgrounds. • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; comfortable navigating property management systems - familiarity with ResRequest is beneficial. • In possession of a valid Code 8 / Code B driver's licence and able to operate a manual transmission vehicle; 4x4 driving experience is advantageous. • Willing to reside on the property and to work flexible hours in line with lodge operational requirements. ➡️ PLEASE NOTE - Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
