This role requires strong floor leadership, guest engagement, and team management in a high-end dining environment. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily restaurant service operations and guest experience • Lead and train FOH teams to deliver luxury service standards • Manage staff schedules, performance, and training • Ensure service flow, table management, and guest satisfaction • Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally • Maintain service standards, hygiene, and presentation • Assist with stock control, cost management, and reporting Requirements • Previous Restaurant Manager or senior FOH experience in luxury hospitality • Strong leadership, communication, and service delivery skills • Excellent guest engagement and complaint handling ability • Knowledge of wine, fine dining service standards, and hospitality SOPs • Professional, organised, and confident floor presence Package • Salary: R18,000 – R20,000 DOE • 50% Medical Aid contribution • 3% Provident Fund contribution • Annual increases and performance bonuses • R25 meal allowance per shift (for salaries under R25;000) • Subsidised staff transport on Franschhoek, Paarl, Stellenbosch & Wellington routes • Live-out role (no accommodation provided) To Apply Submit your CV, references, and recent head & shoulders photograph ASAP. ?
