??? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a luxury safari lodge group, with a portfolio of lodges in Zambia, to recruit an experienced and detail driven ????? ??????? ??????? & ?????????? ??????? ➡️ ?????? ????: Candidates must be South African Residents, as they will do extensive travel to Zambia, but will report directly to the South African Head Office. A central pillar of the role is quality control and continuous improvement. The Group Quality Control & Operations Manager will be responsible for embedding operational standards, monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and driving corrective action to ensure consistency across all properties It is ideally suited to a solution focused hospitality professional with proven multi property experience and a strong commitment to consistency, structure, and service excellence across luxury environments. The successful candidate will provide hands on operational leadership and oversight across a portfolio of remote lodges, working closely with lodge management teams to ensure that brand standards, operational discipline, and guest experience benchmarks are consistently achieved. Close collaboration with senior management and regular on-site engagement form a critical part of this position. Key Responsibilities: • Provide group level operational oversight across multiple luxury lodges • Lead and manage quality control processes across all guest facing and back of house departments • Review, refine, and implement SOPs to ensure consistent standards and operational discipline • Conduct regular property audits and operational reviews, identifying risks, gaps, and improvement areas • Monitor guest feedback and service metrics, working closely with lodge teams to address trends and enhance guest satisfaction • Support and mentor lodge management teams, providing guidance, structure, and operational support • Ensure alignment with brand standards, service philosophy, and group operating procedures • Drive operational efficiencies, cost control, and best practice across the portfolio • Work closely with finance teams to support budgeting, cost management, and operational reporting Requirements: • A minimum of seven to ten years’ senior operational management experience within luxury lodges or hotels • Proven experience in a multi property or group operations role • Strong quality control mindset with exceptional attention to detail • Sound understanding of luxury service standards and guest experience delivery • Solid financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting • Experience working in remote environments with flexibility to travel frequently • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • A calm, professional, and solutions driven management style Salary: On application, dependent on experience
