Salary: R17,000 – R20,000 (Dependent on Experience) Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and ideas-driven Graphic Designer to join a prestigious luxury lifestyle management company. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a refined design aesthetic and a passion for producing elegant, high-quality work across both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a highly conceptual thinker with a strong eye for detail, craft, and visual storytelling, capable of transforming briefs into beautifully executed design solutions within a premium brand environment. ✨ Key Responsibilities: ? Design & Creative Development ✔ Develop strong conceptual design solutions from brief through to execution ✔ Create and refine brand identities, ensuring consistency across all platforms ✔ Contribute to brand development, roll-out, and visual identity refinement ✔ Produce high-quality design work across print and digital mediums ✔ Design content for social media, digital platforms, and basic front-end applications ✔ Assist with light video editing for social and digital content ? Project Management & Collaboration ✔ Collaborate with internal teams while managing projects independently ✔ Interpret briefs effectively and present creative concepts with confidence ✔ Ensure all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard ✔ Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout all stages of production ✔ Report directly to senior leadership and contribute to creative direction ? Content & Brand Support ✔ Design marketing materials including newsletters, brochures, and social media content ✔ Support visually engaging content creation for luxury travel portfolios ✔ Ensure all output aligns with the premium positioning of the brand ? Requirements: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.A. or B.F.A.) from a recognised institution ✔ 7–10 years’ experience within reputable design studios ✔ Strong portfolio showcasing branding, conceptual thinking, and design excellence ✔ Advanced understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy ✔ High-level technical and conceptual design ability ✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) ✔ Experience with basic video editing for social media ✔ Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively ✔ Excellent organisational and time-management skills ✔ Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines ? Advantageous: ✔ Experience working with luxury or high-end clients ✔ Interest in travel and lifestyle industries ?
