? GM Operations Manager | Luxury Lodge Portfolio | Maun, Botswana ? Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and driven GM Operations Manager for a luxury lodge portfolio based in Maun, Botswana. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and strategic hospitality professional to oversee multiple lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance and operational excellence across the portfolio. The role is ideally suited to a senior leader with extensive safari lodge experience and a passion for developing high-performing teams. ? Package • Salary: P40,000 Gross per month • Live-in position • Accommodation and meals provided • Couple applications welcome (joint salary package of P50,000 Gross) ? The Role The GM Operations Manager will provide leadership and operational oversight across the lodge portfolio, ensuring that all properties consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial and operational objectives. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, excellent people management skills and a deep understanding of luxury safari operations. ?️ Key Responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple luxury lodge properties • Drive operational excellence and ensure consistency across the portfolio • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction and service standards • Support and mentor Lodge Managers and departmental leadership teams • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives • Monitor budgets, financial performance and cost controls across all properties • Conduct regular property visits, audits and operational reviews • Oversee staff recruitment, training, development and succession planning • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations and industry standards • Work closely with finance, reservations, maintenance and support departments • Analyse operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives • Manage stakeholder relationships and contribute to business growth strategies ?
