We are seeking a dynamic, Expat General Manager to take full ownership of this unique concept. The Role As GM, you will be the face of Mamatcha, leading a high-performance team to deliver a world-class guest experience. This is a hands-on role for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced, stylish environments and possesses a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, stock control, and P&L performance. Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to maintain elite service standards. Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys a vibrant, high-quality, and seamless visit. Problem Solving: Navigate operational challenges with calm, decisive action. Requirements Experience: 3+ years in management (Lounge, Premium Coffee Shop, or Modern Restaurant). Background: Proven track record in high-volume, trendy hospitality environments. Skills: Strong organizational skills, proactive "owner-operator" mindset, and a passion for modern service standards. Availability: Ready to relocate to Lagos and embrace an international expat career. Premium Expat Package Salary: USD $1,000 – $1,300 net per month (Experience dependent). Full Relocation Support: Provided accommodation, transport, and feeding. Travel: 1 Annual return flight ticket & Resident Permit included. Health: Comprehensive medical cover in Nigeria. Rest: 6 weeks annual leave.
