Clear criminal record; Excellent employment track record – references will be checked; Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; Must have worked in a 5 star lodge environment; Must have own vehicle and both parties to hold valid licences; Non-smokers; This is unfortunately not a pet friendly position. ???? ???? ???????? Chef related qualification; Ability create and cook wholesome, home-style African cuisine with a fresh, seasonal, wellness-inspired approach, including bush breakfasts, starlit dinners and luxury safari lodge dining experiences; Conduct regular stock-takes and orders whilst ensuring all associated paperwork is promptly and accurately completed; To ensure that any food related guest queries, including personalised dietary requirements, are attended to; To maintain the hygiene standards for compliance; To manage stock, including orders, receiving and stock takes; Manage employee relations; To conduct training on all kitchen operations if and when required; Menu development; Prioritize hygiene, as well as health and safety standards ?????? ???????? ????????? ???????? CIDESCO/ITEC qualification; Be able to perform various wellness treatments; Yoga experience would be highly beneficial; Experience as a Senior Therapist; Abe to oversee minimal duties should Wellness Manager be on leave – stock takes, etc; Hosting of Guests in the evenings, from time to time. ???????????? / ??????? / ???? ????? Basic Salary - Head Chef: R18, 000.00 per month; Basic Salary - Therapist: R14, 500.00 (set salary / no comm) per month; Live-in accommodation, shared as a couple; Part of staff split gratuity pool unless individual gratuity is stipulated (often occurs in this spa dept.); Additional cash value meal allowance of R3, 370.00 pp (R6, 740.00 per couple) per month; Uniform; Medical Aid - 50% company contribution** Facilities available for both personal and uniform laundry; Bednight benefit for visitors** Work cycle: 27 consecutive working days followed by 9 consecutive rest days each month. An additional 6 floating leave days are provided per annum. Annual leave is incorporated within the work cycle structure. **Applicable after three months of successful employment. ??????????? ???????
