Safari JOBS is searching for a polished, guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to join a beautiful 5 star game lodge environment in the North West, conveniently situated approximately two hours from Pretoria. Clear criminal record; Excellent employment track record – references will be verified; Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage; Minimum of 3 years in a front office role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in the hospitality industry; High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus; Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset; Familiarity with hospitality management software / systems; Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc; Exceptional interpersonal skills, Ability to remain calm under pressure, Strong organizational skills, Attention to detail; Able to work in a fast-paced environment. ??? ???????????????? Provide leadership and guidance to front office team members, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer service; Address guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay; Oversee the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency; Train new staff members on front office procedures, systems, and customer service protocols; Monitor and manage front office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance; Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for management review; Work closely with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure seamless guest service and lodge operations; Ensure adherence to lodge policies, procedures, and safety standards ???????????? / ??????? / ???? ????? Basic monthly remuneration of R10, 000.00 NEG. PLUS – Accommodation (partly/basically furnished) & own bathroom; 2 meals per day from the staff canteen; Gratuities; Provident fund - 100% coverage by the company; Medical insurance - 100% coverage by the company; Uniform and laundry thereof; Complimentary staff shuttle service is provided for shift transport, with pick-up before each shift and drop-off after each shift for staff living within approximately 20 km of the property in surrounding local communities.
