- Previous Front of House experience within a luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality environment
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills
- Warm, professional and confident personality
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs
- Professional presentation and a strong service ethic
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Strong team player with a hands-on approach
- Comfortable living and working in a remote lodge environment
