We are seeking a dynamic hospitality professional to lead all F&B operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive profitability, and inspire high-performing teams. Responsibilities -Lead daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. -Ensure outstanding service, food quality, and guest satisfaction. -Manage budgets, food & beverage costs, inventory, and revenue growth. -Recruit; train, and develop the F&B team. -Maintain the highest health, safety, and hygiene standards. -Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu development and promotions. Requirements -Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or Hotel Management. -Minimum 5 years' experience as an F&B Manager in 5-star all-inclusive resorts, island resorts, lodges, or remote luxury properties. -Strong leadership, financial management, and operational skills. -Food Safety Certification is an advantage.
