? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting on behalf of an exciting new-build MICE and business hotel opening in a sought-after international beach destination in Benin, for an experienced, energetic and modern-minded ???????? ?? ???? & ???????? Our client is opening a new-build 136-room MICE and business hotel in December 2026 – a modern, multi-outlet property featuring three restaurants, three bars and a snack bar at launch, with a beach club to follow shortly after opening. This is a true ground-up Director of F&B opportunity: a chance to shape the F&B identity of a high-profile new property, hire and train the brigades, set the standards, and lead a complex multi-outlet offering from day one of trading. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will take full operational and commercial ownership of the entire F&B function – across three restaurants, three bars, a snack bar, MICE and conference catering, and a forthcoming beach club. The role spans concept development across each outlet, menu engineering, beverage programming, sourcing and supplier management, F&B costing, GP and stock control, brigade recruitment and training, and the day-to-day leadership of service standards across the property. The successful candidate will also play a central role in pre-opening planning, soft-opening readiness, and the build-out of the beach club concept post-launch. NB Fully fluent in both French and English, spoken and written – non-negotiable . ???????????? · Senior F&B leadership experience within a multi-outlet hotel environment, ideally with MICE or business-hotel exposure. · Pre-opening or new-build experience strongly preferred. · Genuine passion for current global F&B trends – concept development, beverage programmes, and modern dining formats. · Demonstrated ability to lead multiple restaurant and bar concepts simultaneously, with high service consistency across each outlet. · Solid experience overseeing high-volume MICE and conference catering operations. · Strong commercial fundamentals – F&B costing, GP, stock control, supplier management, and budget ownership. · Confident concept developer – able to shape distinct outlet identities across restaurants, bars, snack offering, and a beach club. · Hands-on, energetic, on-the-floor presence in service – not a back-office director. · Strong people leadership – able to build, train and develop large F&B brigades from a standing start. · Contactable references essential. · Willing to relocate internationally; valid passport. · Contactable references essential. ?????? – On Application with Benefits.
