? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with an upmarket 4-Star beach resort in Zanzibar to recruit an accomplished ???? & ???????? ??????? to manage their multi-outlet food and beverage operation. The position requires a strong focus on training, mentoring and developing staff to create a motivated, knowledgeable and service-driven team, while also ensuring that all operational procedures are followed in line with established policies and international hospitality standards. In addition, the Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing departmental budgets, controlling costs, optimising resources and maintaining full compliance with all health, safety and hygiene regulations. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a highly experienced, energetic and service-driven professional who is passionate about delivering world-class guest experiences in a refined resort environment. ➡️ ?????? ???? - Proficiency in Italian or German would be highly advantageous. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent (essential for work permit purposes) Minimum 10 years’ experience within Food & Beverage departments, with at least 5 years in a senior F&B management role at a similar multi-outlet luxury property Sound knowledge of F&B service standards, cost and labour controls, beverage menu creation, merchandising, maintenance and accounting systems · Manage all Food & Beverage operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest international service standards · Design and develop exceptional menus, oversee purchasing and continuously implement improvements to enhance service delivery · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Food & Beverage trends and industry best practices · Drive, maximise and report on F&B revenue, productivity and sales performance · Professionally handle guest complaints, requests and enquiries related to food, beverages and service · Demonstrate strong leadership, recruitment, training and people-development skills · Maintain, review and amend SOPs in line with resort standards and outlet requirements · Establish and manage operational targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures · Highly guest-focused, service-driven and an excellent communicator · Working knowledge of MS Office, POS and restaurant management software · Stable employment history reflecting longevity and commitment, with contactable references ???????? ???? - 2nd week of February 2026 ➡️ PLEASE NOTE - Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
