We are looking for an enthusiastic IT & E-Learning Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology while also using their creativity to design engaging social media content and support our digital learning platforms.

If you're comfortable providing IT support, maintaining websites, working with Learning Management Systems and creating eye-catching posts using Canva or Microsoft Designer, we'd love to hear from you.

• Provide day-to-day IT support to office staff.

• Configure and maintain laptops, desktops and other IT equipment.

• Manage user accounts and permissions within Google Workspace.

• Administer the company's Learning Management System (LMS).

• Upload and maintain online courses, assessments and learning resources.

• Assist users experiencing LMS access or technical issues.

• Design engaging social media posts using Canva, Microsoft Designer or similar design tools.

• Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

• Update website content, course information and blog articles.

• Produce basic social media engagement reports.

• Assist with maintaining the company's digital presence and online learning environment.

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• 1–3 years' experience in IT Support, Systems Administration or a similar technical role.

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (Moodle, Odoo, Canvas or similar)

• Experience maintaining WordPress websites.

• Ability to create professional social media graphics using Canva, Microsoft Designer or similar software.

• Good understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Basic knowledge of SEO.

• Experience with Shopify.

• An interest in e-learning and educational technology.

• Experience managing business social media accounts.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll gain exposure to IT support, website management, digital learning and content creation while playing an important role in supporting our business operations.
