What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand visibility and awareness
• Coordinate advertising campaigns, promotions, and customer events
• Create and manage marketing content for websites, multimedia, and promotional material
• Maintain digital platforms and monitor website analytics
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
• Compile reports and insights to support marketing strategies
• Manage internal communication initiatives across departments and branches
• Coordinate branding activities and multimedia production
• Support administrative functions within the marketing department
What You Bring
• Higher Certificate in Sales and Marketing or Supply Chain (NQF 5)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within the airline or freight industry
• At least 1 year of experience in a marketing-related role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Creativity with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Illustrator, and CorelDraw
• Knowledge of digital marketing and content coordination
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Willingness to travel nationally and work extended hours when required
