Position: Experienced Business Mentors

Contract Type: Service provider – part-time based. 

Rate: hourly rate (experience-based) 

Area of specialisation: High growth generalist business mentors.

Provinces: We welcome mentor applications from across South Africa and are especially encouraging applications from Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, Eastern Cape, and Free State to support growing demand in these regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field; postgraduate qualification or Master's degree advantageous.
  
• At least 3 years of Business Mentorship experience
  
• Well networked with the proven ability and success in unlocking business opportunities and access to market
  
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite and comfort with use of technology
  
• Appetite for continuous learning
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Confident, ambitious, and forward-thinking
  
• Strong reporting writing and critical thinking
