Job Summary
A Beautiful private Game Reserve in the Waterberg region, is looking for an experienced Lodge Manager to oversee the smooth running of on of their lodges. The manager will be responsible for lodge operations, guest experiences, staff performance, administration, and basic accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily lodge operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and stock control.
· Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
· Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
· Maintain accurate records and perform basic accounting tasks.
· Ensure operational systems and processes are efficient and effective.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in lodge or hospitality management.
· Strong administrative and organizational skills with a basic understanding of accounting.
· Leadership ability with excellent communication skills.
· Passion for guest service and attention to detail.
