Key Responsibilities • Oversee all kitchen operations and food production • Create innovative, seasonal menus aligned with the lodge’s fine dining safari experience • Manage food costs, stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety • Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen brigade • Cater for special dietary requirements and guest preferences • Collaborate with lodge management to enhance the overall guest experience ✅ Minimum Requirements • Formal culinary qualification • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior culinary leadership role • Previous luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or fine-dining experience preferred • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills • Proven experience in food costing, stock management, and kitchen administration • Ability to work in a remote lodge environment • Passion for creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional cuisine ✨ This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader to join one of Namibia’s premier safari destinations, driving innovation and excellence in a world-class fine dining setting.
