EVENTS COORDINATOR Cavalli Estate | Stellenbosch Are you passionate about creating exceptional events and delivering outstanding guest experiences? Cavalli Estate is looking for a professional; organised and energetic Events Coordinator to join our Banqueting & Events team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys working with people and has a strong eye for detail. WHAT YOU'LL DO Coordinate the planning and operational execution of weddings, functions and events. Conduct introductory venue site visits for walk-in clients when required. Liaise professionally with clients, wedding coordinators, photographers and external service providers. Manage event calendars, Dineplan bookings, client folders and function sheets. Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, parking, transport, food & beverage, AV and breakdown. Brief service providers according to Cavalli SOPs and event requirements. Coordinate glassware deliveries and collections, ensuring quantities are accurate. Conduct venue and operational checks before and after functions. Ensure cleaning, maintenance, setup and breakdown standards are consistently maintained. Work closely with the Banqueting, Restaurant, Maintenance and Cleaning teams to ensure seamless event execution. Participate in weekly departmental meetings and ensure upcoming event information is accurate and up to date. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous experience in events; weddings, banqueting or hospitality . Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional; confident and client-focused. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure. Strong computer literacy and administrative skills. Flexible to work evenings; weekends and public holidays when required. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
