We are looking for an experienced Process & Business Improvement Specialist to drive business process optimisation, transformation and performance improvement initiatives.

You’ll work closely with senior business stakeholders to analyse complex processes, identify opportunities, build business cases and deliver measurable improvements across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead As-Is / To-Be process discovery, analysis and design.
  
• Identify and deliver process optimisation and transformation initiatives.
  
• Map end-to-end value chains and align processes to business strategy.
  
• Develop business cases, ROI calculations and benefit realisation measures.
  
• Drive process performance measurement and develop supporting analytics.
  
• Work with stakeholders across business areas to prioritise and deliver process improvements.
  
• Apply BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management and process improvement methodologies.
  
• Support BPMS, RPA and process automation initiatives.
  
• Develop communication and mitigation strategies for organisational change.
  
• Collaborate with Data Architects and technology teams on data flows, interfaces and transformation requirements.
  
• Ensure processes align with risk, regulatory and compliance requirements.
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years’ experience in Business Process Management, Process Improvement, Business Analysis or a related field.
  
• 3–5 years’ leadership/managerial experience.
  
• Degree/NQF 7 qualification in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field.
  
• Strong experience with BPM, process transformation and change management.
  
• Proven ability to lead small-to-medium process/performance improvement engagements.
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, including working with senior stakeholders.
  
• Experience with BPM/process modelling tools and an understanding of BPMS and RPA.
  
• Ability to translate business challenges into measurable process and performance improvements.
