Job Summary
Our manufacturing client is looking for a Junior Millwright with 5+ years’ experience to join their team in Blackheath, Cape Town as an Engineer. The ideal candidate will be an SA citizen with a Millwright / Mechatronics Engineering qualification able to use MS Office to produce reports, provide support as well as test, write and validate technical information. You must also have a valid passport for international travels.
Non-negotiable Requirements:
- Millwright / Mechatronics Engineering qualification
- 5 years’ experience in a technical / manufacturing environment
- Able to produce written reports
- Computer literacy: MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- SA Citizen
- Valid passport
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and after sales support, information and training to various in-house departments and customers
- Test, write and validate technical information
- Implement database for technical specs and information
- Participate in projects and research
- Able to travel both nationally and internationally
