Job Summary
Our client in the Architectural Industry has an exciting vacancy for an Architectural Technologist. Candidates who are seeking a permanent opportunity are invited to apply!

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architectural studies or equivalent qualification at an accredited tertiary institution
- 2 years practice-based experience in project administration and technical documentation
- 2 years practice-based CAD (or similar architectural drafting software) drafting experience
- Fluent in Sotho, Tswana, English and Afrikaans will be advantageous
- Knowledge of the following software:
MS Office
CAD
Caddie, SketchUp or similar programs - Exposure to construction administration and contract documents
- Exposure to the preparation of defects lists
- Valid driver's license
Skills required:
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Communication skills
- Administrative skills
- Organising and planning
- Technical skills
