Digitalisation & Innovation Manager – Leading Hospitality Group, Bahrain Our client operates diverse hospitality products across the Gulf region and Africa including luxury Hotels and Resorts, mixed use Residential complexes, Convention Centres, Retail outlets, casual and fine dining Restaurants, and high end Spas. As they continue their impressive growth in all sectors, they are now looking for a dynamic Digitalisation and Innovation Manager (DIM) to join their Head Office team. This exciting position will lead the design and delivery of cutting edge, technology driven initiatives which will improve operational efficiency and guest experiences. Responsible for all Application Architecture, the DIM will collaborate across IT, Operations and the various Business units to build high impact innovation projects and the role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology strategies, execution and cross functional collaboration. The position reports directly to the Group CEO. Key requirements · 4 year degree in IT, Computer Science or related subject from an accredited university · Technical certifications in Virtual Reality, Blockchain, NLP, AI/ML and Data Science are a big plus · Must be experienced in emerging technologies, applications, peripherals, protocols, communications, operating systems and internal guest interfaces particularly in the hospitality industry · Prior commercial IT experience within a large global organisation in the GCC region would be a significant advantage · Skilled in translating business needs into secure, scalable tech solutions · Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences · Comfortable managing vendors, stakeholders, and project delivery Package · Salary – US$8,000 net per month · Accommodation · Medical and life insurance · Annual performance based bonus · Annual flights home · The position is offered on single or married status but no schooling is included Please do not apply if you do not possess the specified skills and experience stated above.
