We’re hiring a Trust Engine Lead to make Ello Technology impossible to ignore.

This is not a “post when you feel inspired” role. This is a daily output role focused on brand trust, customer communication, and building our tribe.

• Daily social output: 6 posts per day (primarily Facebook + LinkedIn; optional third channel if it improves reach without diluting focus)
  
• Wix website as the trust hub (proof, case studies, blog, credibility pages)
  
• Zoho marketing for newsletters, segments, campaigns and reporting
  
• Brand consistency: templates, profiles, signatures, internal brand assets, customer gifting concepts, referral campaign communication.
  

• Wix proficiency (pages, blog, mobile checks, basic SEO hygiene)
  
• Zoho Marketing proficiency (Campaigns/Automation/Social where applicable)
  
• Graphic design ability (Canva-level minimum; templates, layout discipline, typography)
  
• Strong writing (clear, human, proof-driven)
  
• Obsessive attention to detail (formatting, links, brand consistency)
  
• Consistent execution and system thinking

ROLE PURPOSE (WHY THIS JOB EXISTS)

Build trust and visibility at high volume, without turning the brand into noise. This role makes Ello feel active, credible, human, and worth talking to.

You are measured on output, proof, growth and trust assets — not marketing “activity”.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily social + community growth (MSP + BPE lanes kept separate)

• Publish 6 posts/day using a structured distribution model (see “Content Rules” below)
  
• Moderate comments and route inbound DMs to correct internal owners (not selling, routing)
  
• Maintain a weekly content plan with approvals where required
  
  

Customer communications (Zoho marketing full-stack)

• Monthly newsletter (on-time) with value, proof, “what’s improving behind the scenes”, and a soft CTA
  
• Segment lists properly (clients vs prospects vs partners)
  
• Run one additional monthly campaign: referral push OR advocacy OR reactivation
  
  

 Wix trust hub ownership

• Maintain Wix pages: proof, credibility, services narrative, team/culture, case studies
  
• Publish at least 2 blog or case study per month
  
• On-page hygiene: titles/meta, headings, internal links, mobile checks, broken link checks
  
  

Brand consistency + internal brand

• Email signatures: standardized, consistent, audited
  
• Brand templates: Canva templates for all post types and story formats
  
• Basic internal brand roll-outs: clothing concepts, customer appreciation concepts, referral campaign communication templates
  
• Maintain tone/messaging system (approved phrases, positioning lanes, do/not list)
  
  

Proof capture system (non-negotiable)

• Interview internal team weekly to capture wins
  
• Convert wins into: testimonial snippets, screenshots, mini case studies, “before/after” stories
  
• Build and maintain the Proof Backlog (minimum 30 ready-to-publish proof items)
