Camp Manager | Luxury Safari Lodge | Zambia Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Camp Manager for a luxury safari lodge in Zambia. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can oversee all aspects of lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth daily operations, and high-performing staff. Key Responsibilities · Manage all day-to-day lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B operations · Lead, mentor, and develop staff to ensure consistent high standards and a motivated team · Oversee budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency · Maintain lodge facilities, vehicles, and equipment to ensure a safe and welcoming environment · Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards · Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction · Prepare reports for management, including occupancy, revenue, and operational performance · Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and standards across the lodge · Collaborate with the Executive Chef, F&B Manager, and other department heads to ensure seamless guest experience Requirements · Minimum 5 years’ experience in lodge or camp management within a luxury safari environment · Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills · Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control · Ability to work in a remote lodge environment with flexible hours · Knowledge of safari operations, wildlife management, and guest experience management · Formal hospitality qualification advantageous · Valid driver’s license required Package · Salary: 2000 USD - 2500 USD · Live-in accommodation · Opportunity to manage a prestigious luxury safari lodge in Zambia To Apply To apply for the Camp Manager role, please submit your CV, contactable references, and a recent head & shoulders photo Please note: Due to high application volumes, only candidates meeting the requirements will be contacted.
