ProStaffSelect are in search of a young, energetic and highly dynamic DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER for this magnificent luxury boutique hotel and wine estate private manor house. We are specifically recruiting for an individual who seeks growth potential within a luxury brand. A candidate who is highly focused, organised, solutions and service focused as well as efficient in leading and driving excellence. REQUIREMENTS A FORMAL DIPLOMA or DEGREE in hospitality management, business or related field. At least 5 - 6 years senior management experience within FRONT OFFICE, FOOD & BEVERAGE, HOUSEKEEPING and ESTATE OPERATIONS. Strong financial acumen, exceptional commercial awareness, excellent communication, and a highly entrepreneurial mindset. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Management Act as Duty Manager to oversee the smooth, daily running of all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage (F&B). Ensure the highest standards of luxury and personalized service are consistently delivered to guests. Handle VIP guest interactions and resolve complaints quickly and professionally. Monitor compliance with health and safety protocols and legislative requirements. Team Leadership & Training Lead; mentor, and motivate Heads of Departments and operational staff. Develop training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills to maintain boutique service standards. Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and general HR/payroll administration. Administration & Finance Oversee back-of-house operations, including procurement, stock control, and supplier agreements. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for finance and management. Assist the General Manager in forecasting, budgeting, and driving room and F&B revenue
