Food and Beverage Manager – Luxury Food & Beverage Consultancy | Kruger National Park
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to join a luxury food and beverage consultancy situated in the heart of the Kruger National Park. This live-in role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a world-class environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all food and beverage operations to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction
Lead, train, and motivate the service team to uphold high standards of professionalism and efficiency
Collaborate with culinary and management teams to enhance the overall guest experience
Manage stock control, costings, and supplier relationships to maintain profitability and efficiency
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
Drive innovation in service delivery and beverage offerings, maintaining alignment with the property’s luxury standards
Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
Formal qualification in hospitality management or a related field preferred
Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a senior F&B supervisory role within a luxury hospitality environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost controls
High attention to detail and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience
Willingness to live and work in a remote bush environment
Package:
Salary: R30,000 per month (Negotiable, depending on experience)
