We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead operations, drive sales performance, and manage a high-performing team within a fast-paced retail environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Drive store sales and achieve revenue targets
? Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
? Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to deliver excellent customer service
? Oversee stock control, merchandising, and inventory management
? Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
? Monitor store performance, analyse reports, and implement improvement strategies
? Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability of the store
? Handle customer queries and resolve escalations professionally
? Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
REQUIREMENTS:
? Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in retail, with at least 2–3 years in a management role
? Strong experience in FMCG or high-volume retail environments
? Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
? Solid knowledge of stock control and retail operations
? Strong leadership and people management skills
? Computer literate (POS systems, reporting tools, Microsoft Office)
? Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
