Key Responsibilities Execute high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and baked items daily. Assist the Pastry Sous Chef with menu creation, recipe development, and specials. Maintain consistency, precision, and presentation across all pastry offerings. Uphold strict hygiene, food safety, and workstation standards. Support the pastry team with prep, stock rotation, and mise en place. Work closely with the broader kitchen team to ensure smooth service. ? Minimum Requirements 2–3 years’ experience as a Pastry CDP or Pastry Demi in a 4–5 star kitchen . Strong technical pastry skills, including baking, confectionery, and fine-dining plating. A keen eye for detail and creative flair. Ability to work under pressure and meet high standards consistently. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
