We are looking for a Cluster Director of Revenue that is responsible for maximizing revenue across all revenue streams for a group of hotels (the cluster), including rooms, F&B, and ancillary services. This role involves developing and executing pricing strategies, managing demand, and optimizing distribution channels. The position plays a pivotal role in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making to ensure revenue goals are achieved across the cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead revenue management strategy across all hotels within the cluster, ensuring alignment with brand standards and local market dynamics.
Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and historical data to develop optimal pricing and inventory strategies.
Drive revenue through effective management of all distribution channels (OTA, GDS, Brand.com, direct bookings).
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to ensure synergy in demand generation and conversion efforts.
Manage forecasting and budgeting processes, providing accurate revenue projections and performance reports.
Monitor and adjust rate strategies based on market conditions, special events, and competitor pricing.
Oversee implementation of revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and channel managers.
Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings with key stakeholders (DOSM, GM, Reservations, E-commerce).
Train and mentor on-property revenue and reservations teams, ensuring strong analytical capabilities and system use.
Develop and present executive reports with strategic insights to hotel ownership and corporate office.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and local regulatory standards in pricing and distribution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Management within the luxury or 5-star hospitality sector, including multi-property experience.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proficient in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto), CRS, PMS, and Excel.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
