This hands-on leadership role requires operational expertise, strong people management skills, and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences. ? Minimum Requirements: • Proven experience as a Camp Manager or senior management role within a luxury safari camp or lodge • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and operational planning abilities • Experience in budget management, stock control, and administrative oversight • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene compliance within a hospitality environment • Ability to liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers • Live-in accommodation required ? Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all daily camp operations to ensure smooth service delivery • Manage guest relations and maintain high service standards • Lead, train, and support camp staff across all departments • Handle camp administration, stock control, and reporting • Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure all facilities are well maintained • Liaise with external suppliers and service providers to support operational needs • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the camp ?
