Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Camp General Manager for an exclusive luxury camp and villa operation in Botswana. This exciting live-in opportunity is suited to a hands-on hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury lodge management, exceptional guest service and team leadership. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the operation, ensuring world-class guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service, efficiency and profitability. ? Package • Salary: P35,000 NETT per month • Live-in position • Accommodation and meals provided ? The Role The Camp General Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the camp and villa operation, leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires an individual who is equally comfortable hosting guests, mentoring staff, managing finances and maintaining exceptional operational standards. ?️ Key Responsibilities • Oversee the daily operations of the luxury camp and villa • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and personalised hospitality • Host guests and ensure all expectations are exceeded throughout their stay • Lead, motivate and develop departmental teams • Maintain the highest standards across housekeeping, food and beverage, guest services and maintenance • Monitor and manage budgets, stock control and operational costs • Ensure effective staff scheduling, training and performance management • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently • Work closely with guiding, hospitality and support teams to ensure seamless guest experiences • Maintain compliance with health, safety and company standards • Prepare operational reports and manage administrative requirements • Drive a positive workplace culture focused on service excellence ?
