Requirements Previous experience as a Call Centre Agent or Reservations Agent in a high-volume, 5-star luxury hotel, international casino, or premium airline. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm, professional, and resourceful under pressure. High level of tech-savviness and the ability to navigate complex booking systems with speed and accuracy.
