Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and dedicated Butler to join a luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger area. This live-in role requires a polished, guest-focused individual capable of delivering personalised service and ensuring an exceptional luxury safari experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalised, discreet, and attentive service to guests throughout their stay
Anticipate and fulfil guest needs proactively
Ensure guest rooms and suites are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and light refreshments as required
Assist with special requests, private dining setups, and bespoke guest experiences
Coordinate with other lodge departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Uphold lodge standards for hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
Maintain personal and professional presentation and etiquette at all times
Requirements & Skills:
Previous experience as a Butler or in luxury hospitality service preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Polished, professional, and discreet manner
Ability to work flexible hours in a remote lodge environment
Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude
Understanding of high-end guest service standards
