? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is assisting a leading luxury safari operator in sourcing a highly experienced hospitality leader with strong operational and strategic capability to oversee multiple camps within a flagship safari concession as ?????????? ??????? ??????? This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple safari camps, driving service standards, operational performance, financial accountability, and environmental compliance across the concession. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time on the ground within the camps, supporting management teams, strengthening operational systems, and ensuring guest experiences consistently meet brand standards. This role requires a hands-on operator who can mentor camp leadership, monitor service delivery, oversee infrastructure and maintenance planning, and ensure sustainability policies are effectively implemented. Working closely with senior leadership, the Concession General Manager will also manage key community relationships, host agents and media when required, and support the company’s broader conservation and impact strategies. ???????????????? Oversee the operational performance and service standards across all camps within the concession Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to Camp General Managers and lodge teams Manage operational budgets, expenditure controls, and financial performance reporting Monitor guest experience delivery and ensure continuous improvement in service standards Oversee preventative maintenance, infrastructure projects, and asset management Strengthen HR processes including recruitment, staff development, and welfare initiatives Ensure environmental and sustainability policies are implemented across all camps Manage concession-level relationships with communities, partners, and stakeholders Host agents, media, and key industry partners when required ????????????
