Key Responsibilities
Implement the organisations vision of a data driven digital strategy with a realistic roadmap of implementing digital transformation initiatives across the business.
Agreeing the value to be delivered together with the Head of IT (and the Change Advisory Team) through a digital roadmap and measuring delivered value by monitoring, optimising, and reporting on key value outcomes.
Project management & governance: Managing project uncertainty and understanding the impacts on the project portfolio/programme and wider business.
Change management: Driving the adoption of new digital tools and processes across business units.
Implement Innovative Digital initiatives including Web, Mobile and emerging technologies leveraging IoT/Big Data/AI/ML and advanced analytics.
Identify commercial opportunities using data (monetizing digital)
Improved decision-making through data-driven insights that drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency, revenue, or cost optimisation.
Increased adoption of data-driven decision-making across the business
Establishment of a "single source of truth" for key business data.
Implement Digital initiatives that improve shopper engagement and tenant performance.
