This Management role combines Front of House & Assistant Lodge Management responsibilities with Guiding & Lodge Operations ; offering a unique and rewarding lifestyle opportunity within the Greater Kruger region. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day lodge operations. This position is ideal for a couple passionate about luxury hospitality, wildlife, and conservation‑driven tourism. Job Requirements Proven experience in a 4 ‑ or 5 ‑ star lodge environment (Front of House experience essential) Strong administrative, organisational, and planning skills within Management operations Confident and professional guest hosting with a strong service‑excellence mindset Ability to lead, manage, and motivate staff with a hands‑on approach High attention to detail with a flair for guest experience and presentation Partner 1 – Front of House & Assistant Manager: Lead; manage, and train FOH staff to luxury Hospitality standards Oversee central stores stock takes and ordering in collaboration with Chefs Deliver exceptional guest hosting from arrival to departure Conduct room checks, camp readiness inspections, and guest touch‑points Handle guest accounts, payments, petty cash, and gratuities Manage ordering, stock control, and FOH administration Coordinate special guest experiences (sundowners, bush breakfasts, private events) Conduct weekly town trips when required Partner 2 – Guide & Assistant Manager: Previous guiding experience in a 4 ‑ or 5 ‑ star Safari Lodge FGASA Level 1 minimum; Trails Guide preferred Valid ARH, First Aid Level 1, Driver’s Licence & PDP Alternatively: NQF2 (including unit standards 8440 & 8478), VPDA, First Aid & PDP Conduct game drives on a rotational basis Deliver engaging interpretive guiding and guest interaction Assist with lodge maintenance and overall property upkeep Support staff training, lodge administration, and operational oversight Assist with social media content where required Package Market‑related salary package Live‑in position within a luxury Safari Lodge Meals provided Opportunity for long‑term career growth within the Greater Kruger region Exposure to international guests and premium safari operations Start Date: To be confirmed
