WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a client to recruit a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage the full bookkeeping function across multiple entities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and independent ownership of the finance process. The successful candidate will support three businesses across day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll coordination, and system improvement.
About the Role
As Bookkeeper, you will take responsibility for the full bookkeeping function up to trial balance, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth day-to-day financial operations. You’ll work across three companies owned by two individuals, including one property entity, with payroll required for one business. This role will also involve improving systems, maintaining documentation, and creating efficient record-retention processes.
