The successful candidate will work closely with the Lodge Manager to ensure seamless daily operations, maintain world-class service standards, and create a warm, personalised guest journey. This position requires a well-rounded hospitality professional with strong leadership capability, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury lodge environments. The Assistant Lodge Manager will play a key role in guest relations, staff management, administration, and operational efficiency across departments including food and beverage, housekeeping, and front-of-house. The role also demands strong financial acumen, the ability to manage stock and controls, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities & Requirements Support the Lodge Manager in overseeing all daily lodge operations Deliver exceptional guest experiences with personalised service standards Manage and train lodge staff to maintain high performance levels Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and overall lodge presentation Handle stock control, procurement, and financial administration Manage reception, concierge duties, and guest database systems Ensure quality control of lodge equipment and products Maintain strong communication and teamwork across departments Minimum 4 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, including assistant management exposure Strong Food & Beverage knowledge and financial management skills Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership abilities Computer literacy (MS Office) and administrative competence Package - Salary: Market Related DOE - Live-in Start Date: As soon as possible
