Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Ensure maximum plant availability for production.
Ensure breakdowns are attended to and resolved in the shortest possible time.
Manage and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
Plan and coordinate production to meet dispatch requirements.
Conduct daily staff debriefings at 07:25 and allocate duties.
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure plant access control procedures are adhered to.
Liaise and coordinate with logistics regarding production and dispatch requirements.
Ensure weekly sales figures and costing information are submitted to the Managing Director every Friday.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
