Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and experienced Anchor / Front of House & Guide Couple for a luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger area. This live-in role combines guest-facing hospitality, front-of-house management, and guiding responsibilities to deliver exceptional safari and lodge experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
Welcome, engage, and assist guests throughout their stay
Conduct guided safari experiences, demonstrating extensive knowledge of wildlife and conservation
Coordinate lodge operations in partnership with other team members
Maintain lodge presentation, organisation, and cleanliness standards
Support staff development and training where applicable
Uphold health, safety, and operational compliance standards
Assist with daily administration and reporting as required
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in luxury safari lodge front-of-house and guiding roles
FGASA or equivalent guiding qualification
Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
First Aid certification
Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of wildlife, ecology, and conservation principles
Ability to deliver personalised, educational, and engaging game drives
Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive
Ability to work in a remote and dynamic environment
Flexible, adaptable, and solution-driven
