Fedics Healthwise, a leading provider of nutrition-focused catering services within the healthcare sector, is seeking an experienced and driven Catering Project Manager to join our team in Nelspruit . This role is critical to ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centred catering services. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee catering operations within healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with Fedics Healthwise standards and legislative requirements Lead and support on-site catering teams to deliver exceptional service and optimal performance Manage budgets, cost control, procurement, and stock management Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and nutritional excellence Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions where required Support project rollouts, mobilisations, and operational improvements Minimum Requirements Relevant qualification in Hospitality; Catering Management, or Food Services Minimum 5 years’ experience in large-scale or healthcare catering operations Proven experience in project or contract management Strong knowledge of food safety legislation ; HACCP, and healthcare catering standards Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and costs Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally if required
