The Adventure Centre Manager is a key operational leadership position responsible for the overall management, safety, service delivery and performance of the resort's Adventure Center — overseeing three core areas: Marine, Inland and Concierge. This is a highly hands-on role requiring a confident and decisive leader who is equally comfortable managing people, engaging with guests, coordinating complex tour operations and taking command when an emergency occurs. Strong leadership, significant dive experience, exceptional safety awareness and the ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations are essential. ??? ???????????????? Lead daily operations of the Adventure Centre managing Marine, Inland and Concierge teams and ensuring all guest activities are professionally coordinated and delivered to the highest service and safety standards. Ensure marine, diving and inland programs consistently comply with SOPs and safety standards; oversee staffing, scheduling, guide readiness and coordination with external tour operators. Take command during medical and general emergencies — providing first aid, coordinating guest medical situations and liaising with emergency services, doctors and decompression chamber personnel as required. Oversee all equipment, boats, dive gear and vehicles; coordinate preventative maintenance and ensure all gear is safe, operational and accurately recorded. Maintain a visible guest-facing presence — ensuring professional briefings, exceptional service and prompt resolution of concerns throughout the adventure experience. Lead and develop Adventure Center supervisors and their teams through coaching, performance management and training; maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with applicable safety, environmental and regulatory requirements. ???????????? Significant dive experience and strong understanding of recreational diving operations and dive safety — mandatory. Strong competency in medical and general emergency response; current First Aid/CPR or equivalent certification. Ability to remain calm, make sound decisions and lead effectively in high-pressure or emergency situations. Experience managing adventure, marine, diving, tour or comparable outdoor operations. Proven leadership and people-management experience. Strong organisational, logistical planning and guest-service skills. PADI professional-level certification or substantial professional dive-industry experience — strongly preferred. Experience managing or supervising a dive centre or marine operation — strongly preferred. Experience in a luxury resort, eco-lodge or high-end adventure tourism environment preferred. Experience working in the Caribbean, Central America or another remote tourism destination preferred. Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as operationally required. ??????- $ 2500 to $3750pm ????????- Round-trip flight, service charge participation, performance bonus and Belizean employment benefits.
