Administration Supervisor | Luxury Safari Travel Company | Botswana Salary: Negotiable DOE Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and experienced Administration Supervisor for a luxury safari travel company based in Botswana. This role is ideal for a professional with strong administrative, financial, and leadership skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining operational excellence across multiple sites. The successful candidate will oversee administration and financial processes across lodges and the regional office, lead and support lodge administration teams, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Financial and Administrative Oversight • Ensure smooth day-to-day administration across multiple locations (lodges and regional office) • Standardise and enforce systems, processes, and reporting for consistency • Oversee record-keeping, financial administration (invoices, reconciliations, petty cash), procurement, and compliance with company policies People Leadership and Management • Supervise, train, and support lodge administration staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy • Act as the link between lodge teams and the regional office, maintaining strong communication flows • Monitor workload distribution, resolve admin-related issues, and ensure accountability across all sites Systems and Reporting • Prepare consolidated financial, HR, and operational reports for management • Ensure adherence to legal, financial, and company compliance standards • Audit administration processes across lodges to maintain accuracy, transparency, and reliability of data Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field • Previous managerial experience is advantageous • Strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail • Proactive, persevering, and patient approach • Self-confident, mature, and personable with the ability to enforce budgets and standards • Clean, neat, and professional in appearance and work habits • Sober, honest, and reliable • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office packages What is Offered: • Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience • Opportunity to work with a leading luxury safari travel company • Exposure to multi-site administration and management within a high-end hospitality environment • Career growth and professional development opportunities Suitable candidates are invited to submit their CV to apply for this opportunity.
