Ello Technology is hiring a BU Sales Consultant to act as the embedded commercial specialist inside one of its Business Units.
This role replaces the old “Account Manager” model. You are not a generalist. You are the commercial specialist embedded inside one BU, enabling that BU to operate as a complete decentralized unit with its own quoting, procurement, billing, and revenue execution—while contributing to the collective client experience across the business.

You are measured by outcomes, not effort.
Financial Outcomes (Targets set by BU Lead)
Monthly/quarterly targets will be issued by the BU Lead, typically including:

You protect margins, prevent revenue leakage, and keep commercial execution smooth.
Non-Negotiables
Experience in IT / hardware / licensing is advantageous.
90-Day Expectation
By Day 90, you are:
Invoicing (Core)
If scope/BOM is incomplete, unclear, or missing key information, you must stop and request clarification before quoting or ordering.
No assumptions. No “we’ll fix it later.”
