Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations of the Rooms Division, including front desk, housekeeping, guest relations, and concierge services * Ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards * Lead, mentor and develop the rooms team, fostering a culture of professionalism and teamwork * Manage staff schedules, training, and performance appraisals * Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimise departmental efficiency * Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery in a professional and timely manner * Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations * Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards * Ensure rooms, public areas, and facilities are maintained to luxury standards ??
