This permanent role is ideal for a driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys managing the full HR function, including payroll, recruitment, and employee relations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering on-site HR support across departments, ensuring efficient payroll processes, maintaining compliance with HR policies, and supporting staff throughout the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with management, providing guidance on HR best practices while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure. Job Requirements & Description Manage full-cycle recruitment including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees Process payroll inputs, validate data, and ensure accurate monthly payroll execution Maintain employee records, prepare HR documentation, and support HR reporting Assist with employment equity, policy compliance, and HR audits Handle industrial relations processes including disciplinary hearings and advisory support Provide leave reconciliation, exit interview processing, and general HR administration Minimum qualification: Degree/Diploma in HR or Industrial Psychology 3–5 years’ HR generalist experience including payroll and labour relations Strong MS Excel skills and excellent communication abilities Package - Salary: R30 000 per month, depending on experience - Live-in - Other company benefits Start Date: On or before 01 July 2026
