Job Requirements for the F&B Service Supervisor • 4/5-star lodge experience (essential) • Strong F&B service knowledge in a luxury environment • Excellent understanding of wines, beverages, food, and cooking methods • Ability to supervise service teams and maintain service standards • Skilled in stock control, ordering, and inventory management • Confident in menu descriptions and wine pairing recommendations • Ability to manage POS systems and analyze sales reports • Experience handling guest complaints professionally • Knowledge of hygiene standards, cleaning products, and equipment operation • Basic understanding of budgeting, planning, and departmental admin • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and guest-focused mindset • Strong leadership, teamwork, and time management abilities • Ability to work under pressure with initiative and creativity Key Focus Area for the F&B Service Supervisor Ensure consistency in services and products offered Monitor staff and patron activities Perform beverage preparation or service tasks Assist in developing and implementing specialty drinks including welcome, morning and evening drinks Promote optimal communication between the Kitchen and the Service team Investigating guest complaints The primary focus of this position is on Guest Service, yet stock control and financials form a crucial part of the duties Estimate consumption according to forecasts and schedule beverage and service equipment orders Maintain par levels for stock Review beverage menus and analyze recipes to determine labor and overhead costs and assign prices to menu items Maintain beverage and service equipment inventories Ensure that the POS is managed and operated effectively Arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs Package • Salary: R12 000 – R14 000 • Accommodation included • Meals provided Start Date: March 2026
