Duties:

• Lead negotiations with suppliers from planning to contract award.

• Manage the full contract lifecycle including implementation, compliance, renewals, and amendments.

• Maintain accurate contract administration and governance processes.

• Monitor supplier performance and contractual compliance.

• Resolve contractual queries and address supplier performance issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise commercial outcomes.

• Build and sustain robust relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to organisational policies and governance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing commercial tenders, negotiations, and contracts.

• Strong commercial acumen with analytical skills supporting strategic decisions.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

• Competencies in Management, Analytics, Critical Thinking, Business Analysis, and Project Management.
