We are seeking a skilled and proactive Field Support Engineer with hands-on experience in desktop, laptop, and network support within a service delivery environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing hardware and software on end-user devices, including Windows operating systems and third-party applications. This role also involves supporting mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms, ensuring seamless functionality across devices.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in Active Directory, as well as the ability to manage and resolve tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining high efficiency targets.
